Privacy Policy

How we use your personal data when you visit nextlevelcocinas.com, get in touch, book a visit or work with us. Short, specific and in plain English.

Last updated: 20 September 2026

01Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Next Level Cocinas, the trade name of the self-employed professional who owns this website. Name, tax ID and place of business are in the Legal Notice, which is the first section of our Terms of Use.

You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@nextlevelcocinas.com or +34 647 036 816.

02What we use your data for

We collect data directly from you, or from your browser when you use the website. For each activity below you will find what we use, why, the legal basis under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), and for how long we keep it.

Visiting the website

What we use
Technical data that your browser sends when it loads a page: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and date and time.
Why
To show you the website, keep it secure and detect misuse.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long
For the short period that our web hosting provider keeps its standard server logs.

Getting in touch

What we use
Your name, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us about your project, by email, phone, messaging apps or Instagram.
Why
To answer your enquiry and talk with you about your project.
Legal basis
Your request, so that we can take steps before a possible contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in replying to you (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long
Until your enquiry is dealt with and, if no work follows, up to 24 months after our last contact. Then we delete it.

Booking a visit

What we use
What you enter in the booking window provided by Calendly: your name, email address, phone number, the details of your project or address if you give them, and the date and time you choose.
Why
To arrange, confirm and manage the visit.
Legal basis
Your request, so that we can take steps before a possible contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long
The same as for enquiries.

Working with us

What we use
Your identification and contact details, the address of the property, project details and photos, proposals and agreements, and payment and invoicing details.
Why
To prepare proposals, carry out and manage the work, give after-sales service, issue invoices, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and deal with any claims.
Legal basis
Performance of our contract with you (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal obligations such as tax and accounting law (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in defending legal claims (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long
While the relationship lasts, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep the data or claims can still be made, which can be several years. Until then it is kept blocked and used only for those purposes.

Instagram. We have a profile on Instagram. The website only links to it and does not share any data with Meta. If you follow us or message us there, Meta handles your data under its own policy, and we use your messages only to reply.

Marketing. We do not send commercial messages unless you have asked for them or agreed to receive them, or the law allows it, for example about similar services to existing clients. You can object at any time.

Your choice. Giving us your data is voluntary. Without the data we ask for, we may not be able to answer you, arrange a visit or prepare a proposal. We do not take decisions about you by fully automated means and we do not profile you.

03Who receives your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that work for us and follow our instructions: our website hosting provider, our email provider and Calendly, which runs the booking window.
  • Vimeo and Google, which your browser contacts directly when a page plays a video or loads the website’s typeface (see Cookies and similar technologies).
  • Professionals and trades who take part in your project, only when needed to carry it out, and our accountant or tax adviser.
  • Public authorities, courts and tribunals, when the law requires it.

04International transfers

Some of these providers are based in the United States or use servers there. When data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards that the GDPR allows, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, depending on the provider. You can ask us for more information at info@nextlevelcocinas.com.

05Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Other things, such as fonts or scripts loaded from another company’s server, can also send that company your IP address. This is what our website does:

  • Our own cookies. The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies it sets itself are technical ones that it needs in order to work, and the law does not require your consent for those. One of them is “nlp_cookie_consent”, which remembers your cookie choice for 12 months so that we do not ask you again on every page. It holds only your choice and the date you made it.
  • Booking window (Calendly). The files for the booking window are loaded from Calendly’s servers when a page loads, so Calendly can receive your IP address and technical data at that moment. The window itself opens only if you click “Arrange a visit”. While it is open, Calendly may set its own cookies, and it asks for your consent to the optional ones with its own cookie banner, as its privacy notice explains.
  • Videos (Vimeo). Some pages show videos played by Vimeo. We load them in Vimeo’s “do not track” mode, so Vimeo sets only the few cookies its player needs to work securely. Vimeo still receives your IP address when a video loads. See Vimeo’s privacy information.
  • Typeface (Google Fonts). The website’s typeface is downloaded from Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. See Google’s privacy policy.

Your cookie choice. The first time you open any page of the website, a cookie bar asks what you accept. Reject all and Accept all are buttons of the same size and colour, nothing optional is switched on beforehand, and the website works the same whichever you choose. Today we do not use any analytics or marketing cookies, so your choice does not change what the website does. It sets what we could use in the future. We keep your choice for 12 months and then ask again, or ask sooner if we add a new tool, because a permission you gave earlier does not cover a tool that did not exist then.

Change your mind. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, as easily as you gave it, with here or at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and if you delete them we will ask again on your next visit. If you block third-party cookies, the booking window or the videos may not work properly.

If we add analytics, advertising or other tools that need your consent, we will update this policy and load them only if you have accepted that category in the cookie bar.

06Your rights

You can ask us at any time to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to processing that is based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw any consent you have given. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

To use a right, write to info@nextlevelcocinas.com. We may ask you to prove your identity. We reply within one month, which the law lets us extend in complex cases, and we do not charge for this unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, please tell us first so that we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority of the country where you live.

07Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including secure (HTTPS) connections, limited access and trusted providers. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your rights, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

08Children

The website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if we add a new tool or service. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will make that clear on the website.

10Contact

Questions about your data? Email info@nextlevelcocinas.com or call +34 647 036 816. The owner of the website is identified in the Legal Notice.
