02Using this website

By browsing or using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. The website is meant for adults, aged 18 or over.

03What the website is, and is not

The website presents our kitchen redesign and new kitchen services on the Costa del Sol and lets you contact us or ask for a visit. It is general information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a guarantee or professional advice, and using it does not create a contract between us.

A contract exists only once we have agreed a specific project with you in writing. Asking for a visit, through the website or in any other way, is a request for an appointment. It does not commit you or us to anything, and we may decline, move or cancel a visit.

04Projects, images and finishes

Photos, videos and renders show past work or the intended look of a design. Every project is different, so what is done in your home, and how it turns out, can differ from what you see here. Colours and finishes can look different on different screens and in different light. What we will do for you is set out only in the written proposal we agree with you.

05Intellectual property

The website and its contents, including texts, photographs, videos, renders, layout, logo, name and design, belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may view the website and share its address. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

Names and brands of third parties belong to their owners, and we do not claim them.

06Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you will not:

  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, or interfere with or overload them;
  • introduce viruses or any other harmful code;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect its content or data;
  • send us false information, or use another person’s identity, when you contact us or book a visit; or
  • use the website or our contact details to send us unsolicited advertising.

08Availability

We work to keep the website running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or up to date. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time, without notice.

09Liability

The website is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from using the website or relying on its content, from interruptions or technical faults, or from third-party sites and services. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, for example liability for intent or gross negligence, and it does not affect your rights as a consumer.

Any work we carry out for you is covered by the written agreement for that project and by the law that applies to it, not by these terms.

10Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data, including cookies and the third-party services used on the website, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11Changes and general

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and if you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new version. Changes do not affect an agreement for a project that is already signed.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, nothing in them takes away the rights, or the choice of courts, that the law gives you where you live. In any other case, the courts of Málaga (Spain) have jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.

If something is wrong, please write to us first: most issues are solved quickly with a message. As a consumer you can also go to your local consumer information office (OMIC, in Spain).
